You’ve taken the first step towards overall wellness.
Maybe you are feeling blah. Maybe you are not sleeping well; you may feel drained and never rested. Maybe you are ready for change but you aren’t sure what changes make sense for your life. You’ve come to the right place.
- I look at you holistically; you are more than a diagnosis.
- I help you recognize areas in which you are succeeding though you may feel lost.
- I use evidence-based therapeutic interventions as indicated.
- You are a unique individual and our time is tailored to your needs. It is not a one size fits all interaction.

I Have Experience With…
Coping with chronic pain
The overall goal is to help you find quality of life and improved daily functioning with a minimal amount of medication.
Improving sleep
Poor sleep can cause brain fog, fatigue, low energy, low mood and compromised immune systems.
Overcoming anxiety and depression
Over 30% of Americans are estimated to suffer from an anxiety disorder at some point in their lives. The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) estimates that over 17 million American suffer from major depression.
Trauma therapy
We are all influenced by the experiences that we have had. Unfortunately for many, that includes a trauma of some sort.
Bariatric surgery assessment
I do a thorough and comprehensive intake for bariatric assessment in addition to multiple psychological measures in order to increase your success.
Psychological testing and assessment
I provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and psycho-educational testing for adults who are experiencing or exhibiting a variety of behavioral, emotional, academic, and developmental challenges.
My Approach & Philosophy
I believe that who we are is defined by biological, psychological and social processes and events that have occurred across our lifetime. You are a universally unique individual as a result of these complex interactions. Because of this, I look at you holistically; you are more than a diagnosis. You are a unique individual and our time is tailored to your needs. It is not a one size fits all interaction.
I say “our time” because we work together; we are collaborators on your wellness journey. I will challenge your thoughts and behaviors, and I will ask you to do the same. I will help you recognize areas in which you are succeeding though you may feel lost. I will help you to discover thoughts and behaviors that may be keeping you from living the life that you want to live.
I was trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy, a modality that teaches you to recognize inaccurate or negative thoughts so that you can ultimately respond to challenging situations in a more effective way. However, I believe that there are many roads that lead to wellness and I look forward to finding the path that is right for you.
